All the jokes hit!! Amazing writing, almost nostalgic in technique.

The animation was a fun style, like a consistently caricaturesque alternate universe. And really smoothly cut. The courtroom sketch style for flashbacks was a really classy choice.

And all the voices were - well it's Jayden Libran, they're basically indistinguishable from the real voices.

You two are so skilled! AHH

Super effective storytelling given the 48 hour deadline! For how chaotic it was, including the music -- say, when will it be on vinyl? lol -- I'm impressed it was able to have a cohesive story arc and satisfying end.

Great job!!

I majorly adore this!!

The visual style rocks, the pacing is so perfect, and the story hits all the right marks in a surprisingly short allotment. I also think the animation and sound compliment each other just right

and the crow at the table omg dude

I wish for you to continue making stuff with this sort of cohesive rigor, perhaps in a less academic context, where you can boldly present your personality, worldbuilding, and ofc humor :D

Thank you for the kind words, I really appreciate it! Hoping to make more of these in the future 🙏

Your mastery of pacing is astounding! Even down to the balance of smooth yet punchy animation. The audio work adds so much to it too. Amazing work! :D

Hey very awesome going!! Best of luck!

A friend of mine works there, so tell everyone I say hi until you find the one person I'm referring to :)

Edit: Hahah dude! On October 6th my friend told me you figured out who it was! That made my day. I hope you're still doing well there ^^

I feel there's a "7 ate 9" type of joke to be said here, but
IDK!

This is a clever way to do an animation-a-day challenge for February, and it's surprisingly interesting to follow along with where the concept goes each day - I mean who knew the alphabet could be made so dramatic.

RIP Darles.

I usually have to remember to manually close my jaw every time I watch something you make. And I wouldn't want it any other way!

Love how you put both care and carefreeness into your stuff, all the way down to the tiny end-faces. You're very talented and very weird at all parts of the process - huge respect for your craft :D

Haha, glad she likes it!
Great combination of materials to parody. I love the care you took in the animation - your lip sync work is satisfying :)

Wow! a review from one of the composers? how awesome! thanks for the kind words. And all the credit goes to MusicianNrd for selecting all the music!

These are great tiny sketches! I really love the subtle reference to your last one haha

This is so impressively well done! Again!

I love your animation skills and art style so much, and the well-composed and well-integrated 3D elements ramping up to the final scenes really blew me away. In my opinion, the story telling has perfect pacing too - I felt engaged and connected all the way through. The audio helped complement that with just the right mood and energy throughout.

So, major kudos to you and the team for pulling together this really neat experience.

Also, I feel our hero deserves a woop! Send a woop from me, if it counts :)

Game developer and music producer! I made the Mine Blocks game(s).
